Commission Artwork

$0.00Price
  • Clients are shown examples of the artist's previous work. The final commission is in the artist's style. The client will be given the opportunity to discuss the dimensions of the artwork, colour palette (if relevant), timeline and additional details prior to the development of the commission.

Note: Commissions carry an additional client expectation, therefore the pricing is reflective of this when purchasing a commission artwork. Please note this is an original artwork by the artist, and the final result may differ from the client's perceived expectations – nor is it a copy of an existing artwork.

Clients will be given the opportunity to discuss the commission in advance and will be updated throughout the process.  Clients will enter into a contract that clearly states all terms and conditions.

  • 1. Unless otherwise agreed, the Purchaser will collect the artwork from the Artist’s premises. Ownership of the Artwork passes to the Purchaser when the Artwork is picked up by the Purchaser on the agreed date.

    2. Copyright: The artist retains the Copyright for the commissioned work, and may use reproductions within advertisements or other promotional materials. The commission work may not be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the artist.

    3. Payments are non-refundable. The artist wants to provide a piece that the collector will treasure, however, in the event the client is unsatisfied with the final artwork they may be issued with a credit which can be used to purchase another work by the commissioned artist pending artist approval. This is subject to the artist's discretion and individual circumstances.

    4. The Artist shall give the Purchaser due notice if they see that the artwork cannot be delivered in the agreed time and a new timeline will be negotiated. Please note, that the artist will do their best to meet the required schedule.
